我地嘅物流伙伴會喺四個工作天內處理各張訂單，包括自取及配送嘅訂單，有需要嘅話會由唔同速遞公司承運，但受全球供應鏈紊亂影響，部分產品可能最多需 180 天方可交付，敬希垂注

到指定地址 $46 起 結帳時系統按產品體積重顯示最終配送費 速遞員會適時聯絡顧客，確保指定地址有人收件 📞 若指定地址的情況許可，速遞員會將產品放於大廈款待處

於便利店或智能櫃自取 $23 起

到荃灣免費自取點 免費 若顧客選擇將產品送到自取點， 但未有於確認電郵發出後一星期領取產品，或聯絡我地作適當安排， 其訂單將會自動取消且不獲退款

• 若多次聯絡後仍無法送遞，顧客需再次繳付配送費用  

• 不論同一訂單中嘅各款產品備妥時間為何，產品都會一次過配送。若客人需分開配送訂單內的不同產品，歡迎聯絡我地補付由速遞公司收取嘅額外費用  

顧客有責任揀選正確的配送方式，若有任何更改則需補付配送費用差額，多收之差額將不獲退還

預購產品嘅預計抵港日期，均可能受生產進度影響 顧客付款前應考慮有關風險

電腦硬件升級產品、虛擬實境產品 🕶 及 DJI 無人機產品 會喺每個星期一或最近之工作天的 00:00，結算過去一星期嘅訂單   我地會再喺緊接嘅幾日內啟動上述配送流程， 而「每星期」乃由星期一開始，並非以星期日計算

 

若遇上惡劣天氣或嚴重交通擠塞等情況，自取及配送的進度亦無可避免會受影響

Our distributing partner will process your order(s), whatever they require delivery or self pick-up, within four working days while local couriers will deliver them as needed.

Some products, are however, require up to 180 days to deliver due to supply chain disruptions around the globe

to designated address： $46 up Delivery fee will be shown depending on the dimensional weight Delivery person will contact customers from time to time 📞 If the destination allows, couriers might send your order to the concierge

at Tsuen Wan Free Self Pick-up Point： Free  Orders will be cancelled automatically with no refund if you chose self pick-up and didn't collect your products one week after the confirmation e-mail has sent

• Customers are required to pay the delivery fee again

• Regardless of the time it takes for the various products to be ready, all products will be delivered at once. Customers are welcome to reach us and pay additional fees charged by the courier if you would like to have products separately delivered.  

If they are unable to receive any ordered products after multiple delivery attempts

Please select the right delivery method. You will be asked to pay the delivery fee difference for changing the delivery method and any overcharged fee is unreturnable

Estimated arrival dates of pre-order products could be affected by the production progress with no guarantee on the delivery date, careful considerations should be made before you pay

Racing simulator kits will be processed by their supplier when customer placed their orders while some bulky products like racing stands require specialists to handle thus you will be notified separately for self-picking up or delivery slots

The order clearance time for computer upgrade, VR and DJI drone products are at 00:00 every Monday or the nearest working day Orders made on the last week will then be processed in the next few days while we will consider the first day of each "week" is Monday instead of Sunday

 

The preparation work of self pick-up or deliveries will be unavoidably affected if there was severe weather or major traffic congestions
