Refund policy

我地嘅自助智能系統讓大家輕鬆選購,配合世界各地都十分流行嘅無現金交易方式,支助非牟利航空教育工作

 

惟所有由 careaviation.hk 售出的產品均不設退貨及更換,我地只會對有瑕疵嘅產品作特別安排

顧客付款時代表已閱讀及同意此條款及《配送安排》

 

  • 若顧客因任何原因而要取消訂單,需繳付 原定配送費用 x2 + 全單 10 % 的付加費,其他費用則會發還至付款戶口或電子銀包,惟已配送的訂單不能取消

 

  • 因顧客未能到自取點而取消嘅訂單,於任何情況下均不獲發還任何款項 

 

⚠️ 請注意:

產品嘅預計抵港日期均可能受生產進度影響,交付日期並無保證

顧客付款前須考慮有關風險

 

而顧客付款後的 180 天產品仍然未有交付的話,訂單將自動取消並獲全額退款至付款戶口或電子銀包

 

有時候,我地會為一些需相當時間方可供應的產品,說明預計抵港日期。在此情況下,系統不會於客人付款後的 180 天作自動退款,以免令顧客損失其預留的購買權;若產品受各種原因影響,而始終未能於可見時間交付的話,客人會於產品預計抵港日期首次更新的 180 天後,方獲系統安排自動退款

例子:

李英秀於 6 月 12 日預購一件產品,其預計抵港日期為 7 月底

陳允行於 7 月 21 日預購相同的產品

⬇️

產品的預計抵港日期現作更新,預計於 10 月初抵港

李英秀於 12 月中仍然未收到產品,因此獲系統於首次抵港日期更新後的 180 天退款

⬇️

而陳允行於付款後得悉的首次產品抵港日期更新為 10 月初,因此會於 4 月初收到退款

⚠️ 請注意:

金融機構或交易所最多需 10 個工作天,方會將退款誌帳

在部分特別情況下,其需時為最長為 60 天,敬希垂注

All products sold cannot be returned or exchanged

 

Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for defective products only

Customers are deemed to read and agreed with these conditions plus the Shipping Arrangement when any payments were made

  • A surcharge of "original delivery fee x2 + 10% of the bill total sum" will be charged if customers cancel the order on their own for whatever reason. While the remaining fee will be returned to the same payment account. Order in delivery, are however, cannot be cancelled

 

  • Payments for customers who were unable to collect at self pick-up points will not be returned in any circumstances

 

 ⚠️ Note :

Estimated arrival dates for products 

could be affected by the production progress

with no guarantee on the delivery date,

careful considerations should be made before you pay 

Orders will be cancelled automatically with a full refund granted to your payment account or e-wallets if the product has not been delivered 180 days after customers have made their payments

 

We will sometimes list the ETA for products that require significant time to deliver. In these circumstances, the smart automated system will not refund the order automatically 60 days after payment to prevent customers from losing their purchasing rights

For some reason that the product is still unable to be delivered, you will receive a refund from our smart automated system automatically 180 days after the first ETA revision

 

For example:

Elizabeth made her pre-order on 12/Jun, the product ETA is late-Jul

The ETA has been revised, now the ETA for this product is early-Sep

⬇️

Margret made her pre-order of the same product on 21/Jul

⬇️

The ETA has been revised, now the ETA for this product is early-Oct

⬇️

Elizabeth was still unable to get her product in the mid-Dec thus she received her refund at this point, 180 days after the stated and revised product ETA

While the first revised ETA could be seen by Margret after payment is early-OCT therefore she will receive her refund in the early-Apr

⚠️ Note :

Financial Institutes or Exchanges will need up to 10 working days

to display the refund on your bills

while this procedure will take up to 60 days 

in some exceptional circumstances
